Definition of Defective Goods:
A product is considered defective if it has a fault that prevents it from functioning as intended or being used for its designed purpose under normal conditions.
Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality are not considered defects.
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved by our team, unused items must be ready for collection within 7 days to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds or replacements will only be processed once the goods have been returned to our warehouse and inspected.
