The 20-inch Polypropylene (PP) Sediment Filter Cartridge is the first line of defence in any water filtration system. Made from melt-blown polypropylene fibres, this filter physically traps sediment, rust, sand, silt, and other suspended particles from your water supply — protecting your downstream filters and equipment from clogging or damage.

Unlike carbon filters, which remove chemicals and odours, the PP filter performs mechanical filtration, using a dense fibre structure that captures contaminants based on size. It ensures your water looks clean and clear, and it extends the lifespan of your carbon or RO filters that follow.
